Spring is here (FINALLY) and Easter is on the way. We will be having our Easter Sunday brunch buffet on April 20th. We will have two seatings, 10 am to noon and noon to 2 pm. Book your space today!

April 2014

April is here! Sun and warmer temperatures are on the way (I hope)! We are changing our hours for April, but not all at once.

This week (March 30 to April 5), our hours will remain the same – take out and dining room for Thursday 4-9 pm, Friday and Saturday 4-10 pm. Paul and I will be away Friday and Saturday, so come on in and see how they do while we’re gone!

Next week (April 6 to 12), we will be open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from noon -4 pm, TAKE OUT ONLY. The dining room will be open Wednesday and Thursday 4-9 pm, Friday and Saturday 4-10 pm.

I will post again soon about our hours after next week. We are working on being open more but have to balance staffing and catering. We may be looking for someone for part time hours only, possibly day time. If you’re interested, give us a call.

New Winter Hours

Due to the increasing price of utilities and the terrible weather this winter so far, we have decided to reduce our hours until April 1.

We will be CLOSED Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

We will be OPEN Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner only.

We will still be checking our telephone messages daily and will continue to do catering even if closed. We will consider opening the dining room for parties of 15 or more.

Snowpocalypse

Due to the Snowpocalypse and all the roads being closed and no delivery today from the supplier, I’ve decided to not open today, January 7, 2014. Stay inside everyone and keep warm and safe.

Chef Paul’s birthday is coming up this weekend and that means something extra tasty for the weekend dinner special!

GBACA Field to Fork

Today is the day!!

The Grey Bruce Agriculture & Culinary Association Field to Fork Gala is tonight in Cargill http://www.foodlinkgreybruce.com/announcementsnews/grey-bruce-agriculture-and-culinary-association-field-to-fork-gala-2013/. We will be preparing one of the nine delicious dishes and are excited to see you all there!

Closing at 6pm tonight due to the insane heat. Our AC is not keeping up (28+ in the dining room) and one of our fridges just stopped working and smells like the fan burned out. Don’t want to burn out the main fridge out since the kitchen is sitting at 46+. I have to turn everything off and hope it cools off overnight.

Father’s Day 2013

We haven’t forgotten about those of you who inquired about Father’s Day, and we finally pinned down the details.

Father’s Day is Sunday, June 16.

We will be offering an all-you-can-eat buffet with 25+ dishes for only $20!!

From breakfast items like Eggs and Bacon to dinner items Sausage and Prime Rib to a variety of delicious desserts.

3 seatings: 9:00 am to 11:00 am, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
